Can I Change My Date or Cancel My £20 One To One Styling Appointment or My £50 VIP Styling Appointment
When you book your £20 One To One styling appointment, this is a non refundable booking fee. You are able to change your appointment date on our system free of charge. If you purchase a dress at your appointment, the £20 will be discounted from your dress cost.
For £50 VIP styling appointments, £20 is a non refundable booking fee, if you cancel with our 48 hour cancellation period, £30 will be refunded.
If I Buy A Lillian Rose Boutique Dress, Will It Be Exclusive To My School
Yes, we do not sell the same style of dress in any colour to the same school. We ask that you purchase your dress as far in advance as possible to benefit from the largest choices.
How Many People Can I Bring To My Appointment
The One to One styling appointment is for a maximum of 3 people including yourself.
The VIP Styling Appointment is for a maximum of 4 people inclusding yourself.
How Long Does An Appointment Last
The One To One Styling Apointment Last 45 Minutes
The VIP Styling Appointment Lasts 1 Hour & 30 Minutes

Our boutique is by appointment only, you can book your one to one styling appointment on our website up to 28 days in advance.
When Should I Buy My Prom Dress
We recommend buying your prom dress as far in advance as possible, this will give you access to the largest choice of styles and colours. It will also allow the maximum amount of time for special orders and alterations.
