1. Know Your Dress Size
We stock sizes 2-18, and for heights up to 5’9”. Only book an app if you fall into these sizes. Please use our size guide and watch our quick video on how to take some quick and easy measurements before booking.
2. Do You Have A Budget
We have hundreds of gowns in stock for you to try, they range from £300 to £700 so please ensure these prices are within your budget. We accept cash, card & Klarna (if paying by Klarna, please inform us on arrival).
3. Book Your Appointment
Please ensure you have read step 1 and 2 as the £25 booking fee is non returnable.

Appointment Options Explained
OPTION 1: One To One Styling Appointment:
This option is a private appointment. Allowing you to bring 2 guests with you to share the experience. You will be allocated with your personal stylist, allowing you to navigate through our hundreds of gowns, in order to help find your dream dress. This experience also includes your private luxury fitting room. Helping to make your shopping experience magical.
£25 booking fee is non refundable. You can change your appointment date up until 48 hours before your scheduled booking using your unique link to manage or amend your booking free of charge.
Your own private 45 minute one to one styling appointment
Bring 2 guest’s with you to enjoy the experience
Book & manage your appointment online
If a dress is purchased at your appointment £25 will be deducted from your gown.
OPTION 2: VIP Styling Package – Available Tuesday 10am till 4pm, Wednesday 12 till 4pm & Thursday 10am till 4pm
If your a bit extra like us. Why not indulge in our VIP experience. This is for a maximum of 4 people. Where you will have a full 90 minutes to indulge in trying on our gowns. Included is your own private stylist to help guide you in your colour choices and dress shapes. All carried out in a luxury dressing area for you and your guests. As part of this package a complimentary glass of sparkles. As dress shopping is thirsty work.
£20 of your booking is non refundable. You can change your appointment date up until 48 hours before your scheduled booking using your unique link to manage or amend your booking free of charge. If you cancel within or 48 hour window, £30 will be refunded.

The payment methods you can choose from are: Pay now (card payments), Pay in 30 days (invoice – pay full balance in 30 days), Pay in 3 instalments (Pay first instalment at appointment, then 2 monthly payments).

At your appointment choose your dream prom dress, then simply go onto our website and apply to pay in instalments with Klarna.

Yes, once you have chosen your dream prom dress, go onto our website and apply for Klarna as a payment method.
Can I pay part payment with Lillian Rose?
Yes, you can pay any amount you wish to Lillian Rose then apply to Klarna for the balance.
Should I apply for Klarna before my appointment?
We recommend choosing your dress at your apointment first.

Can you make alterations to a dress that I buy?
We do not offer in house alterations. However we are happy to recommend a trusted local alterations store who complete most of our customers alterations.
Do I need to bring a parent / guardian with me to buy a prom dress?
Yes, to avoid any unnecessary problems if you’re a young adult, still attending school we require a parent or guardian to accompany you when you’re buying your prom dress.
Can I bring a friend / family member to my appointment?
Yes, of course. We recommend bringing just one or two people with you to your appointment. Sometimes too many opinions can be confusing.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, we offer a one-on-one consultation at the boutique and to avoid any disappointment we only offer these by appointment
How long do I need to wait for my dress after ordering it?
You don’t have to wait any time. The dresses we have in the boutique are our stock. This means you can take any dresses you buy away with you. If you have to order a custom size or colour, we will inform you of delivery times at your appointment.
How much do your dresses cost?
The cost of the dresses do vary however in general our gowns start from £300 upwards.
What size of dresses do you stock?
We have hundreds of gowns in stock ranging from size 2 to 18.
